Happy Saturday.
During the week sometimes a layperson(s) can offer alms to a temple. Here in the US, I usually call the Wat and ask what the head count of monks will be and what day I can come to offer a meal. Usually, laypeople try and make enough so that other people can eat after the monks finish. I ask if any monks have any health complication like diabetes so that I can offer the appropriate thing. Some monks experience gout and appreciate vegetables over meat. I used an InstaPot and saw that this meal seems affordable and is very easy to make.
